30-DAY GUARANTEE
We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Our 30-Day Guarantee applies for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Don’t love it? We’ll refund you.
If you’re not happy with your clothing for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll refund the eligible item. There’s no need to send it back — we’d rather you donate it or pass it on to someone who’ll wear it.
T-shirt doesn’t fit? We’ll send another size.
If your T-shirt doesn’t fit, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll send you one complimentary replacement in another size. You do not need to return the original item.
You may request either a refund or a size replacement under this guarantee, but not both. A replacement does not restart or extend the original 30-day period.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue where applicable.
We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate it with the carrier and fulfilment provider.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
HOW TO GET HELP
Email support@thefightingman.com within the applicable 30-day period and include your order number. If you’re requesting a size replacement, tell us the replacement size you need.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
This guarantee is provided in addition to your legal rights as a consumer and does not limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
For UK online purchases, consumers generally have statutory cancellation rights as well as rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
